Have a short-haired Cake-chan, guys; she's the last Cake you'll see for a while~
I'm rather fond of this chibi style~ o u o Even if it does take up an entire sheet of A4 LOL
ajsgfjasgfjgsfjasfa;; I added a thick black outline with a Copic brush pen, I think it looks good...what do you think? Should I outline every drawing like this? Or every chibi...o v o;;
I used colour pencils, Copic multiliners and a white gel pen~ > u <

To start, I will point out the things I find particularly nice about this drawing. First, your general colouring. It looks very neat, and I can really tell that you paid attention to detail! I'm always wowed by the way you colour *v* The hair looks especially nice, I love how I can see all the little strands, and the highlights look natural and suiting to your style. Also, the lineart is very well done!
Now, for the points I think you can improve upon. The one real spot that needs some work would be clothing folds. You always draw a lot of folds and in seemingly random places, which gives the effect that the clothes are soaking wet. My suggestion to you is to look at the way clothes fold when they're on a body, and try to draw the folds how you see them in real life >u<
The one other thing I might mention is that the arms look a little short and stiff, but that could be just a stylistic choice for you. Hopefully this critique was helpful enough for you hehe. Keep up the awesome work!
